Are you a proactive, customer-focused professional looking for a dynamic part-time role? Urban WORKlofts, part of Urban Self Storage, is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Manager to support our thriving office community across three unique locations! From the historic charm of a landmark building to modern workspaces designed for productivity, our offices cater to a diverse mix of entrepreneurs, freelancers, artists and businesses.
**This part-time position will work Monday through Friday for a total of 25 hours per week – 9am to 2:00pm work schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong tenant relationships by addressing inquiries, coordinating maintenance, touring office suites and managing move-ins/move-outs.
- Maintain a professional, welcoming environment for all tenants.
- Support community events.
- Handle administrative tasks, including leasing paperwork, billing, and vendor coordination.
- Oversee tenant package deliveries and ensure timely delivery.
- Conduct daily property walks, keeping our spaces clean, organized, and inviting.
- Manage tenant insurance compliance & file audits.
- Provide comprehensive support to the manager in all aspects of the business.
Requirements:
- Sales skills
- Customer service experience
- Experience in property management, coworking spaces, or office administration preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask.
- Willingness to travel between locations as needed.
- Proficiency in computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Gmail, Google Sheets, and mobile apps).
- Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
- Valid driver's license & personal vehicle
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: Competitive, based on experience. $21.50 to $22.75
- Generous Bonus Package tied to performance.
